HumaCare CD Business Card

Client Description

Through a team of human resources professionals, HUMACare offers a diverse set of services that enable organizations to focus on their core competencies. They provide human resources management, employee benefits, payroll and workers' compensation solutions unmatched in the industry.

Client's Need

A mobile, innovative, and engaging method of promoting their services to potential clients beyond the standard brochure approach. A higher-tech solution would have to help the sales team more than their existing print materials.

Our Solution

A promotional CD Business Card that not only introduces viewers to HumaCare as a quality company, but also describes the concept and benefits offered by PEOs. Housed on attractive 40 MB rink CD-ROMs, these uniquely-shaped discs held roughly 10 minutes of navigable sales content, and could fit in a wallet.

This CD Business Card was developed as a collection of information modules, each containing sleek imagery, text accompaniment, and voice narrative. Two of the modules ("Introduction to HumaCare" and "What Is A PEO?") begin the presentation upon the disc's insertion into a computer. They are followed by a menu of options, allowing the viewer to choose a module and learn more about specific HumaCare services and related topics. There was also a link to contact information, including a direct link to their website.

Sales personnel are also given the knowledge that a special "Kiosk Presentation Administration" mode exists as a secret feature on each of the CD Business Cards. This allows them to utilize the disc as an automated sales presentation tool. Upon pressing the letter "K" on the computer keyboard at any time, the viewer is taken to a special menu that lets them create a sequence of the available modules for playback as an uninterrupted group. They can choose to loop the sequence playback indefintely, or it can play in full one time and return to the main menu.

This project was authored using the multimedia development tools Director and Flash.
