Client's Need
A web presence that showcases the quality, professionalism, and breadth of work that Michaelson Homes has delivered over the years as a custom home builder/remodeler.
There was also a need for improvements to their project management process that would reduce duplicate paperwork and would increase reporting convenience for Michaelson and its clients alike.
Our Solution
A showroom website containing multiple large-size photo galleries, mission declaration, testimonials, team roster, related companies, online resources, and more. The site is content managed, so authorized Michaelson Homes employees have the ability to edit the site themselves without the need for special software or advanced HTML training.
In tandem with the public website, there is also an online project management system that clients, managers, and subcontractors can log into for direct access to current building projects. System functionality including scheduling, builders' notes, inventory, and more can be updated realtime, giving everyone a secure, to-the-second awareness of a project's current status. This system has replaced and surpassed the previous paper-based project management process since 2007, and has been a successfully competitive selling point for the company's services.
