We do not sell/disclose/distribute your email address to third-parties under any circumstances.
Newsletters and Mass eCommunications
As of March 2012, FluidMedia does not send out newsletters or any other mass emails for communication. This could change in the future, but for now, people should visit our website for up-to-date information about our offerings and related news.
We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data via FluidMedia's Client Area. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures. We also make sure that critical client information like financial and/or identity-related information is not stored in any way on the site. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
Data Backup Policy
In order to safeguard our data, we automate multiple data backups that may contain your account information. All the backups are securely stored using encryption.
